How purchases, credits, and refunds work.

Credits and purchases

Paid features in this product are powered by credits. Credits are consumed when your companion generates replies or other AI content, at rates shown in the product before you are charged.

Automatic compensation

If a paid generation fails on our side — a provider error, a timeout, or a safety-system outage — the credits for that generation are refunded to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us for these.

Requesting a refund

For purchases (credit packs or subscriptions), you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction if the credits from that purchase are substantially unused. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • credits already consumed by completed generations;
  • dissatisfaction with the fictional companion's personality or conversation style (you can adjust these in the product);
  • account restrictions resulting from violations of the Community Rules.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your remaining benefits stay active until the end of the paid period. Renewal charges can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal if the renewed period's credits are substantially unused.

How to reach us

Send refund requests from your account email to the contact address on our website, including the transaction reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the product. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
